Blended blackberries, blueberries and banana provide a nutritious start to your day, and it can be topped with additional fruits, almonds, chia seeds and more for added texture.
Blackberry Avocado Smoothie Bowl
- ¾ c blackberries
- ¼ c blueberries
- ¼ c yogurt
- ¾ c milk or almond milk
- ½ avocado
- ½ banana
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tsp honey
- 1 Tbsp flax seeds
- 1 Tbsp chia seeds
- 1 Tbsp sliced almonds
- 2 Tbsp blackberries
- 2 Tbsp blueberries
- 2 tsp lime zest
- Place all smoothie bowl ingredients in blender and blend until smooth, reserving additional berries for garnish. Transfer to serving bowl.
- Garnish top of smoothie bowl.
