Easy Easter recipe for a chocolate covered chow mein noodle nest for your Easter Peeps. Kids love them! (Who am I kidding? Adults love them too.)

When I was young my mother made “cookies” from chocolate covered chow mein noodles. Esther Waayenberg used this same idea to make little chocolate nests for the marshmallow chicks you can buy at Easter. Just add a couple of little chocolate eggs or jelly beans and you have an incredible edible spring delight.
