The Pineapple Orange Sherbet Punch recipe is perfect for a luau, a family reunion picnic or any summer party where you want an easy & refreshing punch.


This is a sweet, refreshing punch that everyone adores. You’ll be asked for the recipe – I promise you.

The best part is that you can prepare half of it and refrigerate until just before serving so you can delegate the punch to someone while you put the finishing touches on your party and greet the early arrivals.

All they need to do is pour ginger ale & scoop in the orange sherbet. Easy, breezy.

Pineapple Orange Sherbet Punch

  • 1 can pineapple juice, chilled
  • 1 can frozen orange juice concentrate, thawed
  • 1 2 liter bottle ginger ale
  • 8 scoops scoops orange sherbet
  • orange slices, for garnish
  • mint leaves, for garnish
  1. In large punch bowl, combine pineapple juice and orange juice concentrate. Refrigerate until ready to serve.

  2. Immediately before serving, add ginger ale and top with scoops of sherbet, orange slices and mint.
