Blueberry Apple Crisp Smoothie Bowl

Healthy smoothie bowl recipe that includes hidden vegetables.

  • 1 c frozen blueberries
  • 2 c apples, roughly chopped
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • ½ c plain yogurt
  • 1 c spinach
  • 1 tsp maple syrup
  • ice cubes optional


  • 2 Tbsp oats
  • 1 tsp maple syrup
  • 1 Tbsp chopped pecans
  • 2 Tbsp chopped apple


  • In a blender, add blueberries, apple (except for the ones reserved for topping), cinnamon, yogurt, and spinach. Blend until smooth. Taste and add maple syrup to taste. If you want it thicker, add ice cubes.
  • Pour into a bowl and top with oats, pecans, reserved apple chunks, and fresh blueberries. Serve immediately.
