Ingredients
  

Smoothie

  • ¾ c blackberries
  • ¼ c blueberries
  • ¼ c yogurt
  • ¾ c milk or almond milk
  • ½ avocado
  • ½ banana
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp honey

Topping

  • 1 Tbsp flax seeds
  • 1 Tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 Tbsp sliced almonds
  • 2 Tbsp blackberries
  • 2 Tbsp blueberries
  • 2 tsp lime zest

Instructions
 

  • Place all smoothie bowl ingredients in blender and blend until smooth, reserving additional berries for garnish. Transfer to serving bowl.      
  • Garnish top of smoothie bowl.
